Last week, I had the opportunity to lead a session on Agentic AI for C-level executives in the consumer industry.

I believe we are facing a structural shift in how companies will operate in the future.

Agentic AI, combining autonomy, planning, memory, and integration, is rapidly evolving from support tooling into virtual collaborators that can learn, decide, and act at scale.

The impact goes far beyond process automation:
